There is Another Way

If we constantly watch our thoughts we can begin catching them before we decide to project them out.  If the thought is not of peace, love, and healing it is not a real thought.  It is of a lower vibrational form and the “me,” the ego is well invested in this to make itself real.  Don’t identify with these.  In doing so you will try to make real of the unreal, false self.

The “I”, the real you, is of a much higher vibration and will no longer identify with ego and the lower thought from.  That doesn’t mean they won’t try to sneak in every once in a while but if you are constantly watching you can see them and make them disappear by not recognizing them as real.  There is always another way of looking at everything.  you can always choose peace instead of emotions such as anxiety, or worry.   Find the thought that is creating the discomfort and know that you are love and that thought is not, so you are not that thought.  STOP trying to make it real.

Watching thoughts come and go is a form of meditation. Let’s keep loving thought in our awareness and make all of life a meditation.
